To help you plan your trip, here is a sample itinerary:

Day 1) Arrival in San Jose
Once you arrive in San Jose (the capital of Costa Rica - airport code 'SJO'), you simply transfer to your hotel by taxi and, depending on the time you arrive, you may be able to take in some sights and enjoy the day.

Day 2) Transfer to our property
At 9:30 in the morning, you will transfer to the properties via a spectacular 35 minute commuter flight (approx. $200/per person/round trip) down the Pacific coast to a nearby airport in the town of Palmar Sur. One of our representatives will be there to greet you and drive you to the Guest House for your 2-night stay. The gracious Guest House has seven (7) private rooms with an ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining gazebo (commonly called a “rancho”), a swimming pool, and lounge with TV, DVD player and pool table. A gourmet chef is on staff and all your meals and beverages (including cold beer and wine) will be included in your stay. Once settled in, you will enjoy a delicious lunch and begin the guided tour through our properties where you will really get to know more about us as well as Costa Rica.

Day 3) Continuation of the guided tour
After waking to the sounds of tropical birds and monkeys, you will have the entire day to view available properties, visit homes that are built or are under construction, take photos, or re-visit your favorite lots to help you make a buying decision. The area is very expansive and you will want to take advantage of this opportunity to see as much as you can and to get all of your questions answered. If time permits, we will also take the opportunity to visit the local village shops, restaurants and beaches. Then, take a refreshing dip in the pool before dinner and then enjoy a casual evening mingling with the other guests.

Note: Day 2 & 3 must be either a Tuesday/Wednesday, Thursday/Friday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Day 4) Breakfast & Return to San Jose
After breakfast, we will drive you back to Palmar Sur where you will return via the commuter flight to San Jose. You should arrive back in San Jose by 11:30am where you have the entire day to relax or explore the city.

If you are scheduled to return home on this day, please ensure that your international flight is scheduled after 2:00pm, leaving enough time to check-in at the international airport.

If you want to stay in the country longer, we can assist you with hotel recommendations and can get discounted rates at a few local hotels.

Once all of your travel plans have been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from our Guest House Manager outlining your personal itinerary and the necessary confirmation information.
