Ventana del Pacífico launches a new corporate image

The premier real estate developer in Costa Rica´s South Pacific for the past 30 years, Ventana del Pacífico (VDP) is excited to unveil its new corporate image.

The new company logo and the new website we are launching today better portrays to our clients, suppliers and collaborators, who we are as a company and the range of services we offer.

“Since our inception, we have grown and diversified our activity to include property sales, residential construction, furniture manufacturing and real estate consulting, all while promoting and complying with comprehensive environmental sustainability standards”, explains Sylvaine Pilault, founder of Ventana del Pacífico.

Jean Marc Levesque, Administrator of VDP, explains that since 1992 the company has built more than 400 houses, and sold more than 1,000 lots in over 20 real estate projects, covering 2,000 hectares in Ojochal and Chontales, prestigious communities in Costa Ballena. The new image reflects the history of the company and embraces the world in which we live and work.

Inspired by Nature

Ventana del Pacífico has always offered a window into the exuberant beauty and biodiversity of the Costa Rican Pacific. The new logo presents a modern window framing the silhouette of a scarlet macaw, the iconic bird of Costa Rica´s Central and South Pacific, the ocean waves and the tropical sun. All this is set on the deep blue of the sky and the ocean.

“The scarlet macaw is very significant as a symbol for our country, our community and our company.  Throughout our history, VDP has undertaken projects to protect and promote this species by planting almonds trees, a significant source of food and habitat, to facilitate its reproduction and conservation”, says Sylvaine Pilault, a champion of preservation actions.

Ventana del Pacífico works hand in hand with environmental advisers to create developments, architecture and buildings that are sustainable and ensure all company processes are carried out in harmony with the country´s extensive environmental regulations.
